memories editors

In Memories Editors, I take on the role of a “memories editor,” visualizing and arbitrarily editing the memories of three storytellers through an installation and computer software.

The work questions authorship and agency in memory-making: if I edit their memories, to what extent have those memories already been edited by the storytellers themselves? And in telling their stories, do they also become memories editors?
